Really nice and charming hotel in the absolute center of town. 5 min walk to the nearest lift.
The hotel is simple but with kind staff and the rooms that are renovated are really nice, but noisy.
There’s a good and well visited bar & restaurant including a nice terrass for the after-ski.

Family and afterski best atmosphere - We were one week with friends and family including children. The easy going character, super friendly and service minded staff plus an incredible management from Simonetta makes this place excellent to enjoy the mountains and the village atmosphere. The amazing team manage to roll nonstop lunch, after-ski, aperitivo and dinner in one of the most popular places in Sauze with good food and music. Little walk to the closest lift is needed. Some rooms needs to be renovated. I highly recommend this place. Ana from Sweden.
Nice hotel. Not very fancy but the great staff makes up for that. The hotel is located walking distance from the ski lift. However, keep in mind that it is uphill.

Absolutely superb in every respect - We were a party of 13 for a week of ski-ing and had a fantastic stay.
Location is 100% central in the small town with the shops, bars and restaurants all in a 5 minute walk.
The bar does fabulous apres-ski complimentary food if you buy drinks and is always busy and with great atmosphere.
Rooms - very nice and warm, clean and we thought the beds were so comfortable, room was tidied and cleaned every day while we were out
Breakfast - plentiful and varied - cheese, hams, make your own toastie, yoghurts, pastries and unlimited good coffee.
Staff all wonderful and we got to know them a bit. The hotel gives you a card for 10% off food if you eat in their restaurant, which provides good quality Italian fare.
Highly recommended and enhanced our stay.
Well located for people who enjoy the village
This hotel is very well located within the village for anyone wanting to go out at night.
Access to the slopes is good but definitely not the easiest - especially for beginners.
The rooms here are very nicely done up, well sized & clean.
Breakfast is really nice too.
Owner Simonetta is very welcoming & a lovely person.
The Assietta bar & restaurant below the hotel are quite hip & a nice place to apres ski or have dinner.
Great location. We stayed here for a week at the end of January. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony facing the square which had a beautiful view of the mountains! Our room was big and old fashioned, but I travel a lot in Europe and they are all like that so nothing to moan about there.
The breakfast was good and plenty to fill you up for the morning.
The location of this hotel is great. It's right in the square near all the restaurants and bars. Yes there is a bar below the hotel rooms and on 2 of the nights the music was loud, but this stopped at about 11pm.....
It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the ski lift, slightly up hill.
Overall, this hotel fulfilled our needs for the week and for the reasonable price, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!
Sauze d'Oulx (pronounced: [sauze duls]) is a town in Piedmont (northern Italy) located 80 km (50 miles) from Turin.
Back in 2006 it held the freestyle skiing events for the 2006 Olympic Winter Games.
Together with the villages Pragelato, Sestriere, Claviere, Cesana Torinese, San Sicario and Montgenèvre, in France, it makes up the Via Lattea (Milky Way) 400 km skiing area.
Since the beginning of the 19th century, Sauze d'Oulx has been a destination for the Turin aristocracy, and is still a skiing favourite because of its natural and accessible location.
